2020 was a difficult year for all, and indeed for theatre groups everywhere.
As we had to cancel CHICAGO just a few weeks before opening, due to Covid19, we worked very hard within all the government guidelines to produce a staged concert in December.
Again, with ever changing lockdown restrictions, we had to cancel this production for the safety of our cast and our audiences.
We did have fun rehearsing though ... and can't wait to sing together again.
In the meantime, thank you so much for your continued interest in this production.

Follow the journey of cold-hearted miser Ebeneezer Scrooge, as he is guided by the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future to see the error of his ways and become a changed man overnight.
This fabulous re-telling of Charles Dickens’ heart-warming tale of redemption and the true spirit of Christmas has the magic of Broadway behind it. Featuring music by four-time Oscar winner Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Pocahontas), with lyrics by Lynn Ahrens (Ragtime, Seussical) and book by Mike Ockrent (Crazy For You, Me and My Girl) ... this concert version of the musical is a real pre-Christmas treat!

The safety and wellbeing of all our cast, crew and audience is paramount. All of our rehearsals have been held under the Covid Secure Guidance that has been issued for performers, and these three shows will follow suit.

- Your details will be kept for Track and Trace purposes by We Got Tickets; additionally, we have the NHS App QR Code for you to scan on entry to the venue.
- Don't worry about printing off a ticket; we will have your details and just need your surname and number in the party.
- We will manage entry to the hall, to ensure social distancing between groups is maintained. Doors will open at 7pm, for a curtain time of 7.30pm.
- Hand sanitiser is available on entry, and at other points in the venue.
- Please wear a mask on entry, and when walking across the hall and using the facilities.
- A clearly marked one-way system will operate throughout the venue, and AmEgos will be on hand to help with any queries.
- We will seat you and your party at your own table, which will be suitably distanced from others.
- We will thoroughly sanitise the hall, tables and chairs before every show.
- We will air the hall prior to the show and at the interval - the heating is very good, but you might want to bring a warm jumper!
- We will be selling festive refreshments (via table service) before the show and in the interval.
